Omni Bridgeway funds property owner claims

Omni Bridgeway is funding a class action run by Mayweathers on behalf of property owners located within the suburb known as Boolaroo in the State of New South Wales.

The action alleges that the conduct of the Lake Macquarie City Council and the developer Greencapital Aust Pty Ltd has caused land located in Boolaroo to be unfit for residential development, causing loss or damage to property owners.
