Palmer company ordered to repay $44.6m private jet loan

Vannin Capital has won a US$30.8 million judgment against Clive Palmer’s Queensland Nickel company, after taking over a claim from General Electric for repayment of a loan made to the company to finance the purchase of a 2001 Bombardier Global Express aircraft. More from The West Australian.
