Panthera Resources agrees another extension for litigation funding

London-listed gold mining company Panthera Resources, which is pursuing the Indian government for alleged breaches of the Australia-India Bilateral Investment Treaty, has once again extended the deadline for LCM to complete its due diligence for $10.5 million in litigation financing, this time until 21 August.
