Paris court to rule on Sulu claim annulment on Dec 9

The Paris Court of Appeal has reserved its decision to 9 December on Malaysia’s application to annul the US$14.9 billion final award in the arbitration case (which is backed by Therium) filed by individuals claiming to be heirs of the long-defunct Sultanate of Sulu.
