Pipeline to Big Law jobs stays narrow despite recruiting shifts

A study published by Miranda Welbourne Eleazar of the University of Iowa, Dayne Wang of the University of Iowa, and Dain Donelson of the University of Wisconsin-Madison has found that third-party funded lawsuits are more likely to continue for longer and withstand motions to dismiss, with non-funded federal civil litigation lasting 342 days on average, compared to 852 days for funded cases.
