Please Call Me legal funders head to arbitration to secure 40% of Vodacom payout

Black Rock Mining, Nkosana Kenneth Makate’s original legal funder, is seeking arbitration to claim 40% of Makate’s settlement with Vodacom for the Please Call Me litigation, but Makate’s legal team says the funding agreement was induced by fraud, cancelled years ago, and cannot compel arbitration.
