Please Call Me’s Nkosana Makate goes back to court

South African inventor Nkosana Makate’s dispute with former litigation funder Black Rock has reportedly shifted toward court determination after the funder conditionally agreed to stay arbitration over its claimed 40% share of Makate’s Vodacom “Please Call Me” settlement while the parties litigate allegations that the underlying funding agreement was procured through fraud and misrepresentation.
