Pogust Goodhead challenges decision by Mariana Dam litigation client committee to instruct new lawyers

Pogust Goodhead has asked the High Court to rule that the 17-member claimant committee in the Mariana dam litigation had no authority to remove the firm, hand the case to another firm, or block it from instructing Quinn Emanuel for the damages phase. A 22-week trial is due within months.
