Positive Development on International Arbitration Claim

Litigation Capital Management said a Singapore court has fully rejected Poland’s attempt to set aside a £252 million Energy Charter Treaty arbitration award, leaving intact one of two overlapping awards capped at £252 million plus interest, and putting LCM in line for a contractual entitlement of about $71.9 million on an $11.3 million investment, subject to a likely appeal expected to be resolved in the second half of 2026.
