Qanlex and litigation financing in Latin America: the commitment to the construction sector

Latin American funder Qanlex has raised US$38 million in venture capital and already has a presence throughout Latin America. The startup has concentrated its efforts on the construction sector which, according to Juliana Giorgi, General Counsel for Latin America, is an industry with many litigation claims and disputes related to infrastructure contracts.
