A Review of Litigation Funding in England and Wales

Professor Rachael Mulheron KC (Hon) of Queen Mary University has released her review of litigation funding in England and Wales, commissioned by the Legal Services Board, that concludes that litigation funding "protects and promotes the public interest... [and] improves access to justice" and calls funding "a vitally important feature of legal services provision."
