Revised litigation funding agreements piling up at Court of Appeal

Revised litigation funding agreements are piling up at the UK Court of Appeal following the Supreme Court’s ruling in PACCAR, as the CAT has granted permission for a third rewritten litigation funding agreement to be considered by the Court in collective proceedings brought against Mastercard and Visa over alleged overcharging of interchange fees.
