Samsung Says Chinese Litigation Funder Misused Its Trade Secrets

Samsung told a Texas federal judge that an intellectual property law firm and a Chinese litigation funder used its confidential information without permission to help Staton Techiya, a unit of Staton Capital, assert patent infringement allegations.
