Sheppard Mullin Partner Is Running Circles Around Quinn Emanuel

Sheppard Mullin partner Moe Keshavarzi, who has already helped health insurers claw back more than $100 million from Quinn Emanuel’s $185 million fee in the Affordable Care Act risk corridor litigation, is now seeking $1.6 million in fees from the firm itself for his work challenging the award in a closely watched dispute over class action fee recovery.
