The little-known law firm behind the biggest case in UK history

Pogust Goodhead is leading a £36 billion class action against BHP in what is considered the largest case in British legal history, representing over 600,000 victims of Brazil’s 2015 Mariana dam disaster. The class action is backed by a record-setting £450 million in litigation funding from hedge fund Gramercy.
