Third-party litigation funding consultation to end in Ireland

Lisa Carty of Pinsent Masons is urging businesses with an interest in seeing litigation funding in Ireland to make their views known to the Irish Law Reform Commission before the 3 November deadline for its consultation, with the hope that the current restrictions could be eased in the future to bring Ireland more in line with other dispute resolution hubs globally.
