TRGP Capital funds Covid disruption claims against UK universities

TRGP Capital is funding group claims against UK universities brought by students who claim their education was disrupted by the Covid-19 pandemic and lecturer strikes. 

A test case against University College London is currently proceeding before the High Court, and TRGP Capital has provided £4.4 million in funding for this case.

Up to 35% of any recoveries will be paid towards legal fees, although the precise quantum of TRGP Capital’s proposed remuneration is unclear.
