Trustees for Girardi, Litigation Funder Sue Over Settlement Cash

Bankruptcy trustees for Girardi Keese and Joseph DiNardo have sued litigation funder D&D Funding II and its investors to recover $3.2 million allegedly embezzled from a personal injury settlement as part of an illegal fee-sharing and wire fraud scheme linked to disgraced attorney Tom Girardi.
