Tug-of-war over Mariana dam claim as rivals claim leadership

A dispute has erupted over control of the 420,000-claimant Mariana dam litigation against BHP, with Bailey Glasser International and Hausfeld saying they have taken over conduct of the case, while Pogust Goodhead insists it remains solicitor of record and warns that any change could jeopardise ATE cover tied to its continued involvement, even as it says a further US$150 million of funding has been secured for the next phase.
