U.S. Chamber Applauds the Introduction of the Litigation Transparency Act

The US Chamber of Commerce Institute for Legal Reform has released its own statement in response to the proposed legislation, saying “it is common sense that defendants, plaintiffs, and judges should know who is seeking to profit off litigation”, and citing the alleged risks posed by third-party litigation funding to America’s economic and national security.
