Uber’s New Litigation Funding Terms Would Hinder Accountability

Brianne Holland-Stergar of the University of Montana School of Law argues that Uber’s new terms requiring litigants to disclose funding agreements and waive confidentiality protections are unlikely to be enforceable but could still deter funders from backing meritorious claims against the company.
