Union ‘slower than Rip Van Winkle’ in Maccas wage theft case

A dispute between a union and a funded class action has come to a head before an Australian Federal Court judge, with the union arguing it should be favoured, as the class action would require workers to give up 25-30% of their compensation to the funder, as well as a redacted amount to a rival union and their lawyers.
