US court orders seizure of Albania's assets abroad after it owes a company $13 million

A US federal court in Washington has authorized Omni Bridgeway to pursue seizure of foreign assets belonging to Albania to enforce a roughly $13 million arbitration award obtained by GBC Oil over a long-running dispute related to oil concession taxes and the termination of rights to several Albanian oil fields.
