Use Horizon law to protect litigation funding, trade body urges

ILFA is urging ministers to use the Horizon Bill – legislation being used to exonerate hundreds of sub-postmasters wrongly convicted over the Horizon IT scandal – to protect the litigation finance sector and reverse the Supreme Court’s ruling in PACCAR.
