What has the introduction of the WAMCA brought us so far?

Joeri Klein of Deminor and Koen Rutten of Wijn & Stael Advocaten note that 15 of the 54 claims filed under the Dutch Act on Collective Damages Claims (WAMCA) since its introduction in 2020 have been backed by external litigation funders, with funder compensation ranging from 10% to 27.5% of the achieved result.
