Winshear Gold Provides Update on Tanzania Arbitration

Winshear Gold Corp. and the United Republic of Tanzania have reached a conditional settlement of arbitration funded by Delta Capital which alleged that Tanzania breached the Canadian-Tanzania bilateral investment treaty and international law, including by cancelling Winshear's mining licenses and expropriating the company's investments. Delta’s cut of the settlement, if concluded, has not been revealed.
