Woodsford backs another class action against Star Entertainment

Woodsford is funding a class action run by Phi Finney McDonald in the Victorian Supreme Court against Star Entertainment. It is the third in a series of claims alleging that the company misled the market, breached continuous obligation laws and wiped billions of dollars from the company’s value. The lawsuit aims to recover losses on behalf of investors who purchased or held shares between 26 March 2016 and 13 June 2022.
